My Statement in Marathi
माझी बरेच दिवसांपासून अशी इच्छा होती की मराठी मध्ये थोडे लिखाण करावे. पण प्रश्न होता तो लिपी चा. मला कॉम्पुटर वर मराठी लिहिता येत नाही कारण मराठी की बोर्ड अवघड आहे.
ब्लोग्गिंग करत असतांना माझी नजर मराठी फोंट वर गेली. विचार केला वापरून बघावे जमते का म्हणून. तसे केले असता काय आश्चर्य पटापट मराठी फोंट उमटायला लागले. परमानंद झाला.
आता विषयाकडे वळू. मला असे ठाम वाटते कि ज्या प्रमाणे स्वामी रामदेव जी यांनी योग आणि आयुर्वेद लोकांपर्यंत नेला तसे कुणी तरी लोकांपर्यंत होमिओप्याथी घेऊन जावी. म्हणून मी हा ब्लोग प्रपंच सुरु केला.
होमिओ पथी मध्ये लक्षणांच्या आधारावर औषध दिले जाते. चुका ह्या एलोप्याथी चे अंधानुकरण केल्यानी होतात. एलोप्याथी मध्ये आजारावर औषध आहे. होमिओप्याथी मध्ये माणसाच्या आजारावर औषध नसून आजारातल्या माणसावर औषध आहे.

About Kadwa's Homeopathy Clinic Diary...
I am creating this blog to post my clinical experience. It is done to impart learning experience to students and young practitioners of homeopathy.
I was deeply fascinated at the healing powers of the Breathing exercises called as the Kapalbhati Pranayam and Anulom Vilom Pranayam. I was seeking a platform where i could tell people about these breathing techniques. I also studied ayurveda and was impressed by the healing powers of the ayurvedic remedies.
I was advising one old lady for her non-union of fractured bone after she had met an accident. She had bad swelling on her fractured leg. I advised her ayurvedic remedy which she declined to take as she thought that she was allergic to herbs. She said she could take only homeopathic remedies comfortably. I bought a book on Homeopathy for commom people and suggested her a remedy from the book. I was surprised to see that she healed rapidly and gently under the influence of homeopathy.
I started reaching as many people as I could and advised them on the ayurvedic medication and the breathing techniques. I soon realized that reaching people personally has it's own limitations and the people who are reached don't always take it kindly. I was highly impressed at the capability of homeopathy to provide medication virtually free of cost. I started exploring the possibilities of learning homeopathy. Fortunately, I could reach a homeopathy forum at abchomeopathy.com while doing a google search for Nexito Plus. There I could read hundreds and hundreds of cases. Initially I could not understand much and was bit confused. Then I read cases done by Rishimba and liked his approach. Within a year or so I started doing cases on my own using Rishi's Questionnaire. The remedy suggestion process may be summarized as ...
1. ask the patient to present his case details on the basis of Questionnaire
2. arrive at the totality of patient's symptoms after evaluating his answers
3. match the patient's totality of symptoms to symptom pictures of polychrest remedies
4. select the polychrest remedy that is closest to his totality of symptoms
The most unique feature of homeopathy is that the remedy is not selected only on the basis of physical symptoms alone but the remedy should also be based on the following...
a. mental state of patient
b. his sleep pattern, urination, digestion, bowel movements
c. unique sensations that he has like burning of palms and soles, tingling etc.
d. thermal modalitites like his is better in cold surroundings etc.
e. time modalities like better in morning, worse afternoon etc.
f. details of menstruation pattern for female patients is very significant like irregular menses, profuse flow, dysmenorrhoea etc.
The cases that have been done at abchomeopathy.com are there at that forum. This blog gives cases that are done at an OPD of an NGO. The details section start with bhandari, wath etc which indicate a particular location. The spirit of case taking has been followed while doing the cases in person as it was not possible to do bookish case taking looking at the time constraints and the advantage of meeting patient in person. There are some gaps in recording the cases like age of patient is not given. The readers should get an idea of patient's age while reading details having references like menstruation, teething, old patient etc.
I hope that reporting will improve in future if readers raise pointed queries by citing the patient number and they ask for specific clarifications.
